Reproducing a scorzone truffle, our 'Monferrato Truffle' enhances the aroma of PGI Piedmont hazelnuts mixed with dark chocolate, satisfying the palate thanks to the presence and crunchiness of cocoa nibs.

On the outside, a dusting of cocoa recalls the realistic appearance of a truffle freshly dug from the ground.
